does anyone know if they allow the USC to be present at a k3 visa interview. I would like to go to India and support my wife during the interview, as she is scared.

i checked the embassy info for India and it said "no" ..i am not sure though ..you need to send and email or call the embassy and ask them if this is possible or not ..

HI,U CAN ASK YR WIFE TO CALL THE CONSULATE,MUCH AHEAD OF TIME,THATS ALL U CAN DO IS TRY WITH THEM..LET ME KNOW IF U GET ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEM,I AM PLANNING TO BE WITH IN INDIA TO.

I was very sure that they don't allow USC spouses in for interviews - I am not sure if I read it on embassy's website or elsewhere but after my wife went for her K3 interview in New Delhi she told me that she saw other USCs with their spouses at the interview.

I suggest you send an email to the embassy and ask this question. They usually reply in 2-3 days.
