Two questions here please:

1. If I make over 125% of the poverty level, in item #7 do I need to state anything other than "I derive an annual income of"? Do I need to complete "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States", and so on? I have a notarized letter from my bank with the date the account was opened, the average balance per month, and how much is in the account.

2. For item #10 do I also list my fiancee's daughter here, if so what do I put for the "Relationship"? Do I put child here, daughter, or leave blank? She's listed under item #3 "Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:".

I'm going to send the packet at lunch today, wish us luck.

Thank you,
Keith & Xiang

I assume you are asking about the I-134?

#7 you need to list all that apply. Just meeting the requirement may be okay but the more you have the fewer questions you will get.

#10 You only filed a petition in the name of your Fiancee, you didnt file a petition in the name of her child. Ergo dont list her.

Keith & Xiang,

You need to provide only the amount of information that you wish to provide. If what you've provided is not adequate for the consular officer to determine that your fiancee meets the public charge provisions of the law then they will ask for more.
