Here It seems that I got doomed even more and that is " I got 2nd IMBRA RFE and i sent it back in no time and after an hour i got the first ever email from USCIS that they have transfered my case to California Service Center" . Now for God sake, tell me , what that means ?
Does it mean that my case is screwed even deeper ? I am becoming schizophrenic and I dont have health insurance. Mental problems are costly to treat and i dont know what to do other than " Forced Patience"

One thing which made me feel good is that they still have my email address .!! which makes me feel sooooooo special !! Am I not psychotic ? ?

LMFAO...today must be moving day then for all of us lol. I just started a thread stating the my I-130 case has been sent from Vermont to California...I know what you mean about getting the first email off of them. I never even got an email stating I was getting the RFE...My I-129f case has been touched about 6 or 7 times and that was before I even got the RFE!!! and AFter I got it!!! But the I-130 was dormant..until now...I am with ya...just breathe in ...breathe out..breathe in...breathe out....lol

You mean your I-130 was transferred to CSC???? There has been many posts on transfers from VSC to CSC. This is not the I-129F for the K-3. I-129F for spouse are processed at the NBC not one of the four main service centers.

It's OK! There are a lot of people who have their cases transferred to CA. For me, it wasn't long before approval I know the feeling of going crazy though

Shadow, although I appreciate the last bit about you saying it was transfered not long before your approval, but could you please update your timeline so we can get some kind of idea of where we are???? It can be quite helpful..thanks

I am confused... is it K3 that is moved to California or the I130? I know there has been instances where I130 moved to CSC but K3 are processed at NBC. At least that is my understanding. Any input jerseygrl?

The OP was confused because an I-130 is filed first prior to being able to file the I-129F petition for the K-3. It is I-130s that are being transferred to CSC.

All K-3s are processed at the National Benefits Center (NBC) only in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Right now, VSC is sending I-130 petitions to California Service Center. These petitions will receive their approvals from California. There is no reason for panic. California Service Center always processes all I-130s from Nebraska and Texas Service Center and looks like VSC is being added as well.
