Question to members: If my wife is approved the K3 visa, is she allowed to attend college here in the US? or does she need to adjust her status first?

You are permitted to study.. but will be charged non-resident tuition and are ineligible for student loans of any kind.
Check with the International Students Office of the college that you wish to attend for more information.
