I was just wondering how many other VJ's lived in this beautiful state! I'm a Phoenician myself. Just totally curious!

I dont live there yet but we are thinking about it for the not too distant future. I spent a bit of time in AZ when I was with hubby on my first and only visit to the US. I fell in love with AZ. For now though we are in FL. Would love to live up around Flagstaff.

I'm in Albuquerque personally, the job in Tucson didn't want me and ABQ was the next best thing ... though I'm seriously in love with it now so I'd have a hard time believing AZ would be better ...

Hey fellow Zonie are you sweating up there!!! I'm down here in Tucson where it's a few degree's cooler.
Hubby got a job in Flagstaff for the summer cause he couldn't handle the heat. I was all for it , cause I can go up to escape the heat and enjoy the cool air.
The bummer thing is I thought I get up there more , but work is here..
I am leaving tomorrow morning early to escape the hottest drive through PHX.

Ironicly compared to the rest of the nation we are not all that bad. It even rained tonight! My neighbors and I went out in it to dance and play. My Ukriane wife thinks I am nuts when I am with her and insist on play in the rain and jumping in the puddles. Appearently Ukrainians melt!

And if you are driving by the airport at around 9:30 look up in the sky and wish me well as I go to Kiev to do our final interview!

And AussieWench...we would LOVE to have you here. You know we have ocean-front property!

people LIVE in Arizona?

Yes we are very lucky to have 4 great mtn. ranges near us, Mt. Lemmon aka The Catalinas to the North,The Santa Rita's to the South, the Rincons to the East, and The Tucson Mtns to the West. We are also only 2 hours from The Chirachuas and 3 hours from Mt. Graham aka The Pinalanos.

Flagstaff rocks though, you in PHX only have a 2 hour drive to Flag or Payson...

Just moved from there (To Austin Tx) after 7 years - Phoenix (metro area) is the only place in AZ I would live.

I was born in Mesa, lived in Tempe my first 7 years, then Gilbert and Chandler before moving to Cali in '96 to attend college. My parents currently live in Flagstaff and my siblings are mostly in the Phoenix area. Arizona will always be my home.

When I finally arrive in the states I'll be in Tucson - my baby is already there, waiting for me in our lil apartment ...

Melinda and I live in Winslow Arizona, about 1 hour east of Flagstaff and we LOVE it!
