Hi guys,
It was really no mistake. My I-130 has been transferred to FRANKFURT and was received today. I already had the packet 3 in my mailbox also. They had no clue how that happened. But well I am happy with that. So now I am just waiting for my interview date. WOHOOO! I am very happy. Hope it wont be too long till I get the date. But I cant complain at all, since that was more than a favour!
Do you suggest anything else to bring to the interview, other than photos, emails, houseing contract?

A few suggestions for evidence of bonafide marriage........ Phone records, wedding congratulatory cards to you and hubby from both families and friends, any letters from family etc that acknowledge your marriage.

Well the thing is that his family and friends dont know that we are married, because he wants to surprise them. My family will write supporting statements. The thing is, that I am a little concerned that we just dated for 2 or three months before marrying. How do I proove that that was because of love? I believe that might be a red flag. He had to move to his new duty station in January and we actually married that fast because we thought that he might be deployed to Iraq again at that time. Fortunately he was not and it turned out good. As a fiance you dont get information, as a spouse you do. Is that reason enough for them? Otherwise we would have also married but we would have done the fiancee visa instead. It didnt matter to us, since we love each other.

Hey Isabel, To put you a little at ease let me tell you that when my fiance had his interview at Frankfurt they did not ask for one piece of evidence!!!! It was a very fast easy interview! I would just gather everything that you can and not worry about the little tiny details. Pictures,lease agreements, joint bank accounts, insurance information, wedding ring receipts will be good but I don't think that you will even need that! Good Luck with everything but remember that they are a very nice embassy and you don't need to worry!! If you have any questions just let me know!!!
