Honestly, I haven't seen him post anything "hateful", only seen a few questions posted. He's been immediately labeled a "troll", but I haven't seen any troll-like behaviour.
And I wouldn't consider comments about grammar to be "hate" either.... some of us have a really low tolerance for piss-poor grammar and can only avoid comment for so long. lol I've mostly kept it to myself though, considering the number of "English as a second language" people on this board. That's not accurate. The first ID (Hristo) caused so many complaints (because of the aforementioned racialism) that it was most likely banned.
This is not a matter of free speech, as much as the OP would like to hide behind that.
To me, it's a question of 'I can say, should I say?'. There's a distinction. Once again, the right to free speech does not come without a measure responsibility.

You know I'm, partially, jerking your chain. But many times on the board one sees calls for banning when there really is just a disagreement. You actually did this to me. I have actually done this to no one.
