hello was anyone gone through the 1601 waiver for a health related problem i feel lost please help

depending which illness you are talking about. Have you been denied already and told you were eligible for a waiver?

yes already denied and eligible for visa denied for having mental illlness with harmful behavior

Did they tell you to file the waiver? or did you not qualify for one?

ok, I am not sure, but I think there is a forum that's called immigratetous.net or something, and they are awesome with waivers. Look up VJ member kitkat, she is fantastic.

thank you I already visited that website but nobody is doing a health related waiver mostly wiavers for unlawfull presence and I need more info on healthy related waivers

immigrate2us.net is the best site there is for waivers. You probably need to do a consult with a GOOD lawyer who has experience with your type of case.

I would assume (again, just an assumption) that a waiver for mental illness with harmful behaviour will have to document your treatment. How are you overcoming this illness? What treatment options have you tried? Plus, you will likely have to show (as a result of the harmful behaviour) that you are not a risk to yourself or others.
