Hi, I have hired a lawyer for doing my K1, I am already in US with a pending adjustment of status, running out of money quick. My son is still in Canada, and when I filled my first papers, I wrote about my son on my forms to get my K1 but he wasn't supposed to come in USA with me. But things evolved and now he is supposed to come here.

I need to know what I should do to make him come over here, I know he automatically get a K2 but do I need to fill a form? I don't know where to look and where to start. (My son is 10 years old)

9 FAM 41.81 N12 CHILD OF ALIEN K-1 FIANCÉ(E) (CT:VISA-756; 07-27-2005)

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department have agreed that the child of a K-1 principal alien may be accorded K-2 status if following to join the principal alien in the United States even after the principal alien has married the U.S. citizen fiancé(e), and acquired lawful permanent resident (LPR) status. However, the cutoff date for issuance of a K-2 visa is one year from the date of the issuance of the K-1 visa to the principal alien. After one year, and provided that the alien qualifies, the filing of an immediate relative or second preference petition would be required.

my son did not had any medical exam or anything else done, I was wondering what he needs exactly to actually be able to come in US and if he needs a Visa stamped or anyhthing else like that?

He will need to apply for a visa and have a medical exam. Basically everything you did except the police clearance. Will need passport, visa photos, application fee, birth certificate, I-134.
