Hello. I have been searching for answers to my question but couldnt find one so here goes. I paid my IV bill before the fee bill for it was generated. It is showing up as IN PROCESS, but when I called NVC they said that it is showing up as NOT PAID. What should I do to fix it or will it fix itself in a few days?
Hey Nancy, it's all good. As you know I did the same thing. I hope it all works itself out, but send that info to them asap. It'll be fine, girly....just breathe
