Hello all...

I'm a USC who was just married on July 4th. My husband has a minor child living in his home country and I'd like to file for her. How do I go about doing that?

From reading other posts it appears as if I need to complete an I-130. Can I send the completed I-130 for her up with his Adjustment of Status paperwork or do I send it separately?

The AOS paperwork goes to the Chicago Lockbox...is that where her I-130 goes? Or do I send it somewhere else?

Please help helpsmilie.gif

Tank,

Insufficient information.

What is your husband's basis for adjusting?
