Hello people,

I was just wondering.. I just now sent my I-129F, filled up the latest form available at www.uscis.gov, also our marriage was not through any broker nor we were ever charged of anything. Just plain clear record.. Would we be getting an IMBRA RFE or not? How does it affect us?

I believe you won't. You filled in the latest version of the form and you haven't met through an IMB, so you should be okay.

Good luck!

If you filed the newest form and you DID meet through a marriage broker you would be ok too.

If you used new forms, you wont get an RFE because they already have the info they need.
