OK so now I am completely confused. So many people have stated that they sent thier RFE's back and are waiting to hears from thier prosepctive service centers, CSC,VSC,etc. Yet on my RFE it clearly stated to send it back to Lee's Summit Mo. So thats where I sent it, was I wrong in doing that? Should I have sent it somewhere else? I still havent recieved anything indicating that they recieved it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You were correct in sending it back to the address stated on your RFE. Hard to say when you might get a notice saying they received it.
