Hi,
I would like to share our experience. My fiance called the USCIS as we are still waiting for our NOA2, we wanted to make sure that our case is not misplaced somewhere or lost or whatever. The lady he talked to was totaly confused. Firstly she told him, that the processing dates for CSC is Jan 8 (which is Vermont I think) and then she couldnt find our petition under our case #, she asked if the beneficiary (me) is not under a different name.... then she found our case finally after a while. She told my fiance to complete a complaint form and then wait another 30 days for an answer - explaining why they havent looked at our case yet. All we wanted was to find out, if the petition is on somebodys desk or if its under review as it is going to be 120 days at the end of this week. He asked the lady one more question, why the petitions get lost sometimes and somebodys case is approved in 90 days and somebodys in 150 days and she said that it is because they have got lots of them (so she admitted, that they do lost the petitions!)......well I work for a goverment office here in my country right now and we have got lots of cases and paperwork too, but we have to meet a deadline on time and if something gets lost or misplaced we always find out in 2 days.....so there is no chance that some people wait one month and some people 5 months.
So we actually didnt find out anything and the complaint form doesnt really mean, that somebody is going to have a look at our case or make sure that it didnt get lost.
My fiance sent an email to CSC as well, because I dont believe, that lady can do anything right, so hopefully we get a better answer from them.

Remember, you will always catch more Bees with honey than you will with vinegar. i know its hard but we have to be patient. its one of those situations that you dont have any control over. so "kiss it up to God" as my mom would say, say a prayer, take a deep breath, and try your best to be patient. good luck

Hi Jana.
This is one of the main problems with Immigration they do what ever they want, when they want, without having to explain anything at anytime. I have never seen anything like this process. If someone would have told me this process is was like this I would not have believed it. If anybody would try to do things this f@#ked-up they could not do it this bad.
Good luck,
Peter Miami

JanaStepho,
The posted processing date for I-129f at CDC is Nov 3, 2005. Your recipt date is Oct 29, 2005.
Odds are that your I-129f is on someone's desk to be reviewed now.
If you put an inquiry or complaint on your case, I wonder if your processing will be delayed, while they look for a case that is still within normal processing times?
When the posted processing date has passed you by 30 days, that's the recommended time to make an inquiry on the file.

I read on here that several people have emailed the CSC.
I tried that the other day and no response.
What exactly is the email address and what details do you need to include in the email??
We are very disheartened by this whole process and I don't know if we can keep it together much longer.

CathyLove the email addy to CSC is CSC-XII.129F@dhs.gov
I am a November 14 NOA1 also and still waiting for my approval. Dont worry you can keep it together. Have faith that it will come soon and keep good company with the vj members and your mind wont wonder into neverland.
Hugs,
Tara
