alright my last try here. Im getting really frustrated. So I just leave everything else outside. What are the steps after the I-130 is approved in Frankfurt?
To fax the Checklist and the DS 230 I? And how long till one gets the interview date?

Your I-130 was not approved in Frankfurt - it was approved in Vermont. You did not DCF. That's why your posts are being moved out of the DCF forum.
If you want to know how the consulate is going to handle the visa application you might try posting in the embassy/consulate forum or the CR1/IR1 forum - that's where people talk about such things.
Also the Regional Discussion > Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia) forum would be appropriate.
