Hey guys,
I just got off the phone with NVC. Yesterday I talked to a really nice lady from the Frankfurt consulate and she told me that she will try to get our CR1 case transfered to frankfurt to process it. God I am so happy!!

So now I am really curious how are the steps for Consular process in Frankfurt for a CR1?

Any advice? What are the next steps? And how long will it take until they give out an interview date now/??

Good thing is, it is already approved and has a case number. Is it right that I get some sort of package? And I just have to send back a DS 230 I and the checklist and get an interviewappointment?

THANKS IN ADVANCE kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif

Isabel,
Great news, I guess! WooHoo! Where WAS your case headed to, that you had it transferred to Ffurt?

Why are you posting to the DCF forum if your case is coming from the NVC? I think it would be less confusing for you to read the consular process for other cases like your own. I'm not saying you can't read here tongue.gif .. just that the paperwork flow is different for DCF people--don't mix up the requirements.

well this CASE is different. We werent done at NVC! They didnt even begin processing of the CR1 at NVC. I called Frankfurt and they told me they would try getting my case transfered to Ffurt. Now Ffurt IS PROCESSING our CR1 like in DCF. Thats why I am posting here.
So any advice???

Thanks Isabel

Isabel, you posted multiple threads, none with the whole story and then you yell at "us" for not getting it right? You are using inprecise terms and you are doing something completely out of the ordinary, then you are rude when you don't get immediately the answer you want?
The answer, by the way, has been posted many, many, many times already.

My suggestion is that you either use the search function, read through old Ffurt threads or wait to see what Ffurt sends you, since we clearly do't' know what we're talking about.

Advice? Get your visa application package ready.

hi meauxna,
blush.gif sorry for yelling or being rude. I am a bit emotional about it. I apologize. I will post the whole story in the Ir1 and Cr1 forum right now.
