Full Version: send REf back with waiver
I send my Ref, yesterday at 1:03pm, next day delivery, and with a Waiver attached, I hope they reply to the acceptance of the waiver soon, I don’t know of any other VJ member that have send referral back with waiver? Does any one know how do they process the waiver, if they are sent out to be process? I wonder what will happen in our case??? happens

Waiver? Are you talking of criminal record or multiple fiancee petitions in two years waiver request? I had to request the muliple filing one and sent it with my IMBRA RFE. They would have received it on 7/6 but have not updated anything yet. No idea what all they were asking for, I just sent a long letter. What else could I do when the last beneficiary never came here.

I also had no idea of the format for the waiver so I did the same, a long letter, explaining the multiple petitions, that by the way the I-129F visa was for my husband at the time my fiancé. I hope that they accept the explanation.

I did the same thing. I sent 3 page letter with 10 pages of documentation along with completed RFE overnight and it was signed for on the 7th of July. Since that time, no contact, no emails, no touches; nothing. Mine is for 2 previous K1 visas in sixteen years. Please let me know if any of you guys or gals get any action on this. Sounds like we are in the same boat.
