The mystic all seeing GaryC makes a prediction. The touches will stop for 3-5 days then the NOA2's will start coming in! Hehe!

oh gary! dont get me excited! hahahahahahaha wahahhaha... lets see this makes it the third day so would it be safe to say tuesday???

william, i truly dont know the adjucation thing... im not sure where that date came from. it used to be july... when i first started. i hope to god it's not in september... sad.gif thats too long of a wait.

offtopic45vn.gif guys im really nervous about something. i need to vent out for abit otherwise ill go crazy thinking about this not knowing what to think. There were a couple of posts asking what A# was and if it was to be filled out when submitting your petition. I was naturalized and when i ws filling out the fields, i was stuck on these portions of both the I-129F and then the G325a. I called the USCIS customer service line asked them if i should put in the A number since I was naturalized. they said to leave it blank. then again after reading some posts some people filled it out...so im all nervous about my application thinking that i will be getting another RFE... IM praying that i wont... ugh... okay im done venting... no use worrying now... i just needed to let this out of my chest

but gary i do hope your predictions are for reals! smile.gif

Mine has NOT been accepted yet. They received it back on July 5th. I received a 'touch' on July 5th but that was before they received it back. I know they got it though because I did tracking through USPS. I guess my touches are done for now.....<sigh>

Don't worry, mine was delivered 7/3 but got no update about it until 7/6.

They recieved mine July 6th but the last touch was the 5th. No confirmation from them yet. argh
Maybe some employees of the VSC should take a couple weeks temporary relocation and help out the CSC get caught up.

Your confirmation will come soon. They received mine on the 5th but I received an email this morning confirming even though the email was dated the 8th.

Our RFE was accepted on July 5th (though the email didnt arrive until the 7th).
Have been touched on July 5,6,7...then again today on the 10th.
Our NOA1 was March 27.

Getting so anxious I can barely stand it!!!
hockeygal
I got an email from USCIS and I was very excited, but it was only to tell me my password was successfuly changed. tongue.gif

With all the touching of March files (with RFE returns) going on... I really think there will be a few approvals of March NOA1 files coming up.

Are there still a lot of people from Feb. waiting? I hope not!
gupt0014
BTW, if you call CSC is telling us 90-120 days for I-129Fs. But, as their std langauge indicates, prelim processing has been done and a decision should take less than the max stated. Let's hope and see...

I suppose it is possible they reviewed my petition before they sent the bulk IMBRA RFEs out…we’ll see.
William33
When you received this information, did you supply them with your NOA-1 date or was that a blanket statement applicable to everyone?

In any case, I would not put much faith in that number. 3-4 more months? I seriously doubt that, in fact there is a high probability that some will start to get approved in the coming weeks. Anything more and a riot may ensue!!! laughing.gif

received email today confirming they received my RFE. it also said preliminary proceessing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. there was no time mentioned in the message. this must just be a blanket statement they're issuing to everyone.
Neya
Well, I am also in the same boat as everyone here..I returned my RFE on July3rd..it was signed for on the 5th and I got the receipt email today on the 10th. I want to tell my guy but I don't want him to get his hopes up...But it would be nice to have some good news for a change.

I am wondering how many IMBRA RFE's from CSC have been accepted. I only see mine so far!
You know, got the email saying that it has been received.

We got the notice of receipt in the middle of the night last night. This kind of reinforces my idea that the online updates are not done in real-time. The was no update when I went to bed last night. My fiance said that it posted about 3 am this morning. I am pretty darn sure no one is working at CSC then.

No touch for me yesterday, lets see what happens today.

Not at all. I am amazed you got someone at CSC to talk to that could see your case and give you information. They recieved our RFE on 7/6 and I just got the email confirming.

YIPPEE YAHOOOO!!!! I just got an online case status update that my RFE had been received July 11 (although they really got it and signed for it July 6). The update has the same bizarro message about how because of earlier processing being completed, the decision should be forthcoming prior to the timeline given (no approval process timeframe was ever given, I just checked both the original NOA1 Mar 6, and NOA2 Mar 31). Have any other recalled petitions received this same message upon IMBRA RFE receipt by the service center?
YnaYeBa0808
guys i hope you come across this, it was posted in another thread but just to be sure everyone gets to share in the almost good news!

devilette,

Isn't that the truth!!! I can only hope that they will make up for it, by giving us an NOA-2, like yesterday!!!!

The E-mail that they send to everyone, suggests that all other processing is complete. Can you say NVC overload?

That will be the next hurdle in this debacle.

Hopefully, NVC is ready to process 10,000 approvals!!! Get ready for mass telex messages!!!

It's getting really hard to come on here, seeing June VT people get approved. I hate that I constantly check the USCIS site as well, just to see no updates. Then on here no one is getting approved or if they do, they are pre-IMBRA or March. At this rate it will take months for me.

Sorry, had to vent. Very very frustrated. sad.gif

I am really, really, REALLY hoping that the "30 days until case adjucated" email that was sent to my senator (Evan Bayh) was correct. That would keep Sian and I on our planned schedule, mostly. We really want an autumn (October 15th was the tenative date) wedding. If we receive our NOA2 within 30 days, then it might still be possible.

Here's hoping that CSC approves a whole assload of I-129Fs very soon.

ha! Yes, me too! I heard that 30 day deal from my senator as well.

But October is still pushing it, it takes about 3 months to interview once NVC gets it for UK, if you check past interviews....

daaaamn, that's a long time. is that from the embassy receiving the initial file and sending out packet 3? our case was recalled after we sent back our checklist AND on the day my fiance was in london for his medical. do you think it might still be a 3-month wait once the petition is reapproved and returned? (not expecting you to know, of course - just wondering on an opinion wink.gif )

Have no idea now with the IMBRA business, but if you look at VJ timelines for UK K1s, it seems to be roughly 3 months from NOA2 to interview.

Thats what I am hoping for. It would be ok to be after that as long as the IMBRA multiple filing waiver dont completely ruin everything.
