i came here to US and when i arrived at the POE the officier asked me some questions and stamped my passport and HE GAVE ME BACK THE PACKAGE that he has to keep ,now i cant have my EAD and AOS done because that package has to be kept in the POE,i called the USCIS and they told me to took it back to POE or to the nearest local office i just wanna know if you know somone went through this and what he did,by the way we hired a lawyer but its been 4 months now and still nothing so iam gonna get rid of hin and do everything by myself thanks for your help ,

A few people have reported having this experience. Do what the USCIS told you do to - take the package to CBP at a POE or to the USCIS District or Sub office that is responsible for your place of residence.
