Yes there is no time diffirence, all I130 taking 5 months. I was asking, which petition get quick approvel from USCIS Spouse or Parents ??

Personaly I dont see any issue with it at all. Marring on first encounter is realy not a prob. Please tell your hubby print out emails (Between you and him) letter etc..and all other sporting stuff. Let him know answer the qustion truthly and will be fine. As long as you guys have stuff to show age and kids will be not the issue at all.

Actually we filed in April 2009. We sent everything to the USCIS and we made two copies of every document.

The problem was, we forgot to send the I-130 itself (HOW STUPID IS THAT???!!!). After 4 weeks the USCIS sent us everything back and they asked for the I-130 form. So we lost a whole month.

Oh, MOB, that sucks, but at least you got it taken care of. Here is to a fast approval

If you filed in Mid June, I'd not look for an NOA2 until late October for VSC... Keep the Faith!!

heck, i would be satisfied just to see a touch on our case. Anything other than the last date of action, June 30, to send the NOA1.

I agree - aim at end of Sep - beg of October, stats say in the last 3 month between NOA1 and NOA2 it took average 94 days for CSC and 184 for VSC

What the heck are they doing at the CSC? There've been no approved Petitions show up on Igor's list for three days now... I know it depends upon people inputting their receipt date, but still... you'd think SOMEONE would have been approved.

I'm getting nervous. The Hubs has sent off for his Police Clearance Certificates. We know that the Irish one will show stuff - 28+ year old stuff. We just aren't sure what we have to provide relating to that. I know they say to obtain the court records, but he's already contacted the courthouse, and it closed up! The records were taken to another courthouse, and they've done a manual search there and came up with nothing.

How do you provide more information if there IS no more information?

Sorry to ask an admittedly ignorant question, but do you have to worry about something your husband did 28 years ago that the records have been destroyed for?

I am ignorant, I'll admit. But it sounds like you're really worrying about this but it sounds like there is nothing there?
I hope, whatever it is, works out.
This is a worrisome thing to have to go through anyway,never mind worrying about something that happened so long ago, no?

I think if everyone actually put in their NOA2s then we would move up so fast on Igor's list. At least that is what I keep telling myself

the april filers are getting their approval and i hope it will be after mid september or early october when we get our noa2.well we all hope for a miracle too:) keep faith and have a nice journey too all

oh the waiting is horrid. Some days I get like I am today and I cannot focus on anything, most days I manage to keep myself busy.
No touches on mine, I see some people never see a touch update on theirs, I think I'd like to see one, just so I know it's moving along.

Notworkste in some cases you will not see any touch. You will get a NOA2 (USCIS surprise). I tell you my experience, when I apply for USC I got by mail NOA1 and 2. Never see any change online. I am USC now, online case still showing pending: bonk: . Yes but touch online will give you hope Good Luck

Well, it's a Crime Involving Moral Turpitude, and it will undoubtedly show up on the police clearance certificate, because we've already checked the police database, and it's there. Our attorney seems to think we're going to need a waiver, which means I'm preparing myself for a big, fat denial at the interview. I don't think it matters how long ago the actual crime was. I mean, it matters in the sense that you can show that you've been rehabilitated, have not had any criminal activity since, etc. But I do believe it will get us a denial and require a waiver. I think based upon the time that's elapsed since the criminal activity, we will get a waiver, but you just never know.

hi all, i have been missing in action the last day or so.

last night i went to a photo awards night and my husband won first place. he of course wasnt there to accept so i accepted on his behalf. very proud!

NOA2 - no sign yet, but i am not getting my hopes up for anything soon... i would say september at the earliest ill get anything.

USCIS website still bugged for us, so we still cant check our case online, this is really annoying to have no news at all. And bad news of the day, we just know that we cannot get our military expedite as we thought, anyone have an idea which could help ?

is it advisable that my husband will call USCIS to check an updates of our petition? anybody made a call before their NOA2 came?i was reading on the other forum and i read one timeline that saying her hubby always calling USCIS..can this help to make things faster?what do you think?

I've never read anywhere that it actually helps. Unless you have some reason for expediting, you really shouldn't expect the NOA2 for a few months yet.

Does anybody know how I can change my Visa type from K3 to the CR-1 on Igor's list? I can't find it anywhere. Not sure how I put in K3 to start with, but it's messing up my place on the list. I'm over on th K3 list.

Okay, I got it changed on Igor's list, but it still shows K3 here in the forums????

till saturday night there was no update in my uscis account but on sunday morning i can see a update on 130 petition on 31st july ...hmmm strange

Well, I do know CSC is working today, Sunday, August 2, because I just received another touch on the expired petition. Friday was another one. So, I am going to be positive, and declare that soon they will realize that we have the new petition just waiting on someone to approve

Hello everybody:) I have never written here but I am here with you:) My husband sent the petition on the 15 of July, the check was cashed and we know they received the pacakde, but we still didn't get a NOA1 Should we call them?What should we do? Almost all of you guys received your NOA1 very shortly, and our beginning takes almost a month

some people have been able to get their receipt number from the back of the check. i wasn't able to read ours on mine. but if you can, maybe you can create the portfolio on the website. i tried calling them too when i couldn't read it, hoping they could tell me over the phone, but the lady told me if i hadn't recd the noa1 after a month of them cashing the check, then to call.

I was getting really worried too, because we sent our petition and didn't get the NOA1 for what seemed like forever. When I looked online, I was seeing people getting theirs in less than a week! What I didn't understand was that the date of the NOA1 on the timelines here is the date on the receipt that comes in the mail. It doesn't mean the date that the poster actually received it. If you look at my timeline below, you can see that we received the NOA1 much later than it is actually dated.
