We filed our I-130 last week and are awaiting reply now!!!

My husband is from Kentucky and I am from Melbourne Australia.

I am checking each day to see if the cheque has been cashed yet.... but I know it will probably take a bit longer considering it would have reached Chicago on Monday (22nd June)

I was going to do the K3 process but it seems the CR-1 is right for us, so will follow that process.

Anyone else who submitted their I-130 in June 2009?

Love to keep a track of how we are all going!!!

Yep ! Another June filer here !!

I sent I-130 on June 10th, got the NOA1 on June 17th, encash check on June 18th, now waiting for NOA2 which will take prolly 5-6months.

hubby sent out I-130 package June 17th. I'm from France and he is from NC but now in NJ.
We are now waiting for delivery confirmation and NOA1. Havent got anything yet, I hope all goes well and wish the same for everyone.

just a quick one... the hubbys mother (my MIL) has it over in the US at their place, as its a bit confusing and hubby is staying with me in australia til 18 July, then going back to live there, so we did the first step with him over here in Australia...

what would be on the letter she has, and what do i need to get off her to track online? she isnt very good with paperwork, and i will have to guide her on what to tell me. i am also getting her to copy it and send it via mail but i am about to phone her to discuss the letter and wondered what will be on it?

i think i am under june 2009 filers. USCIS received ours last june 2 and moved to CSC last june 8 or 9, 2009. Received our nOA1 last June 12, 2009. now waiting for the NOA2..

ask your mom-in-law to give you the RECEIPT NUMBER. it's the first box she'll see on the top left of the NOA1. tell her it starts with WAC-XX-XXX-XXXXX (those are numbers by the way hehehe). that way you can track your case online on the uscis website.

once you have the receipt number, go to the uscis website, and only enter the numbers with no hyphens. i think 10 digits only.

I sent my i 130 on the 22nd and nothing has happened i am about to go crazy!! This is the first time in liife I couldnt wait for someone to take my money. I really hope they cash my check tomorrow. You guys are not praying hard enough!!

helloo! i am pretty good, i keep wondering how long noa2 will take now that i have noa1 hehe. getting ahead of myself.

i keep checking online too... its nuts, but it makes me feel a little better having a login at least!

do you think they will notify us by email of each "touch"?? i am not sure how to track touches unless i happen to login and they have touched??

anyway in other news, i scored a job here in Australia which will see me through til i leave for the US. great huh? i am sooo glad koz it has been hard to find work...

Hello everyone... im new here... my husband filed last June 17, 2009 and we already received NOA1.. so right now like the other june filers we're just waiting and praying for NOA2 to come soon.. but knowing that they already have and process the papers... makes us feel so happy and exited.... when you look at your own timeline, you see an estimate for the approval. do you think that's accurate?

mine says, between Nov2009-Nov2010. if it's approved in november for example, that's only 4 months from now.

i wonder if vj's estimate is accurate. hehehehe

Gosh Pogingmasunurin! I think that is too long for us, I can't wait to be with my husband. It also states in my timeline december 2009-december 2010. I just hope it will just take 6 months. We are still waiting for the NOA2 and our papers haven't been touched since June9, 2009. Just hope it will be soon.
