that means you will get a letter in the mail and they will be asking for more evidence (could be anything) you just have to be patient for the letter to arrive

Most likely that RFE (Request for Evidence) is due to the IMBRA laws that came into affect March 6, 2006...It will probably be a questionaire that asks if you have committed any crimes and if you met your significant other thru an international broker..Most of filing for K3's have been getting these notices via email and/or postal mail in the last for days..I got the same thing in an email and then recieved the letter that same day..Refer to IMBRA RFE K3 threads for more detailed info...
