Hi, I’ve been touched four times (6/24, 6/29, 6/30, and 7/3) from the date of my NAO1. Is there anyway I might receive my NOA2 without getting an IMBRA RFE. I’ve noticed most ppl with similar dates as me have already received it.
I’m leaving tomorrow to spend the summer w/ the love of my life. Anything I can do to find out what these touches are?

If you didn´t use the new I-129F form you will definetly get an RFE for IMBRA before being approved. Since you just recently filed I´d hang in there and be patient.
Like Luis&Laura said, you'll get an IMBRA RFE *if* you didn't use the new I129f form. The only thing you can do is closely watch the online status of your case. Have in mind that they don't always update the status... so you may get an RFE through mail without even knowing about it.
If you do get one while you're out, is there someone who could mail it for you so you'd send it back as quickly as possible?
