Hello VJ friends,

Our case is never touched since we created account as we got the case numbers. Is it normal? Dont they do anything with our case? Is there anyone shares the same problem?I feel so disappointed..

I guess it is just in pile , waiting it's turn. They don't start working on it right away. Mine was touched for the first time almost 2 months later. Don't feel discouraged. Things are picking up.

It's not a problem, it's just a fact of life. I haven't been touched either, and have a similar timeline. I'm not waiting to be touched, since it's no guarantee of anything, just as not being touched is no guarantee that you're not progressing.

It's an Alice-in-Wonderland world where nothing makes sense and there's no logic or predictability. So hang in there, because we are indeed "touched" in the head for having embarked on this crazy journey in the first place!

Being touched does not necessarily mean that something productive is happening with your case, and not being touched does not necessarily mean that nothing productive is happening with your case.
