My mailbox was empty today...Heck, I would have taken a bill at this point.

I have not received my RFE yet. I'm hoping on Saturday. I had an NOA 1 of March 22 and was transfered from Neb. to Cali.

Me either. My NOA date is April 17.

No RFE for me today either, though I did get a couple of bills WOOHOO. NOA1 Mar 6, Noa2 Mar31, pkt 3 returned by fiance to Paris embassy Apr 24. Emails and online updates stating RFE sent to me by CSC Mon June 26. I live in Portland, OR. I can drive down and pick it up faster than this. Eternal optimist that I am - gotta be in the mailbox tomorrow, right?

Maybe tomorrow is the big day for the rest of us. I am surprised that more people did not get the RFE.

But, then again, it is Friday night.. The neglected are probably out somewhere trying to forget..

I still didn't get my RFE either. My NOA-1 date was April 7th. Hopefully saturday wil be the lucky day. And I am in Missouri. I wonder if anyone in the Mid-States have gotten their RFE'S yet.

I'm fresh out of optimism when it comes to our government... I'm guessing that IF they DID actually send my RFE, the USPS truck carrying it rolled over on the interstate and burst into flames or something of that nature.... would be my luck lately.

Think Christmas as a child, there will be a present for you tomorrow. That is my plan. Plan for Success!!!

The burning truck scenario is rather amusing though. Lets hope that did not happen....A crispy RFE is not much use at this point.

Yeah, I'm in Utah. Only thing between me and Cali is Nevada, it's only a days ride in the car to get there, and I've still got no RFE as of Saturday night.

I'm really glad that other transferees have gotten theirs. It means we weren't placed at the bottom of the stack, after all. Just sucks that there's no rhyme or reason as to how and when they've sent them.

Im just new here, but william33, just like you my fiance did not receive any RFE yet from the CSC. Our NOA1 dated 03-22-06 (same as urs). I really hope we all could hear from the USCIS people soon... who knows the reason why they dont send our RFE is they infact want to send us our NOA 2 (wishing hard!hehehe).

NSC received our I-129F on March 6th. June 1st transferred to CSC, June 14 CSC received it.

Same here, 2 emails from USCIS today that the RFE was mailed out on June 23. But nothing in the mail today. Let's hope for Wednesday now.

Got the RFE!!! FINALLY!

I finally got an e-mail from USCIS, actually two, stating my RFE was mailed on 6-23. My receipt date on NOA1 was March 29.

I left for Korea on the 29th and still did not have it. Hopefully, when I return on July 8 it will be waiting for me and out the door USPS express mail for Monday delivery.

My fiance is so understanding, she says she will wait, however long it takes, it is worth it the wait.

Hopefully, the log jam has broken free and we will start to see some post IMBRA NOA2's.... Oh god please.

I got my RFE in the mail yesterday, July 3rd, here in MN.
The e-mail notice i received yesterday said it was mailed on the 23rd of June, but it wasn't postmarked in CA until June 29th....

In another thread I saw that someone from Vermont already got an approval .. I know they are not backlogged like us in Cali but hopefully this means they are working extra hard.. since all your march people should already be done by now according to original times.. (well with the service center part, maybe not the whole journey)

seriously - is there any other CSC person out there who was notified of being sent an RFE on June 23rd, but still hasn't got it?

I'm starting to freak out. It is all just so frustrating.

I don't know if mine is there yet since I'm in Mexico - if it's not in the mail when I get back home I will freak out, but I did receive the email saying it was sent.
