How long does it take NVC to process the fee? I sent it almost 3 weeks ago, and it doesn't show on their computer. Is this normal? (Same thing with the I864 - I sent it 3 weeks ago).

Ours took about 4 weeks to be processed so i wouldnt worry about it yet.
