I just wrote my Senators a very compelling letter. I hope that everyone here does the same. I never would do such a thing, but I know that now is the time to get the ball rolling.
I have decided tnot to attack IMBRA, but instead the poor way in which it has been handled.
No answers, and an unacceptable break in the chain of events constitutes negligence. The only example I can possible think of is buying a home.
You get your morgage approved. Your sign your closing papers, and all of a sudden the bank says it needs another 6 months to go over your application because they don't yet have the paperwork you need to fill out.
