I'm still sitting here wondering if I am every going to see anything from this service center. I've seen people getting touches. I've seen people getting RFEs. I'm going to rant here and for those of you who find offense...sorry but it's how I am feeling right now. I have seen people from Vermont who filed in June getting their RFEs and already having them sent back. I've seen people in California who filed in May getting their RFEs. What the heck has happened to all of us who filed back in March?????????? Those unfortunates who were told to file in Texas and their petitions automatically getting forwarded to CSC without notice of any kind other than an NOA1 received from California. I am so frustrated. I am absolutely livid. mad.gif I wish that the people who implemented this law without thinking it out and making sure that everyone was on the same page and had a plan in place would have to be without their loved ones until every last person affected by this had their visa in hand.

People who were transferred from Nebraska to CSC feel the same way you do - and the good news is that they have just started to trickle in today. For you it's especially painful since your petition was received right at the cutoff date - I guess the only thing that might might might make you feel better is that you were not one of those already approved and recalled. I know, that doesn't help. I feel your pain (I haven't gotten my RFE either) and I agree that it would be logical and normal if they had a plan in place and followed a process. But the sad fact is that USCIS has no clue- they are totally f*cked up and they don't seem to care one iota about how they affect people's lives.

I hope hope hope you get your RFE tomorrow and that there is some huge stroke of luck and you see an approval shortly thereafter. Hang in there . . . you are not alone.
