Sorry I haven't posted since we got back home. I don't think I realized how much there was to do once we were back home. Two days after we gere back home, I went into preterm labor. YIKES! Spent 6 days in the hospital on horrible, horrible medication to stap the labor. I'm more less on bed rest now which is making things even harder. Doctor told me to expect premies at this point because the babies are actually fairly large for being twins and since I've already been in labor once with them, to expect it again. They said they want to get me to 34 weeks which seems years away. I already look like I'm about to pop, I don't know how I can possible get any larger. YES, they told me I'll be shocked at how large I get. Something to look forward to. helpsmilie.gif Poor Amr just did not know what to think. As soon as he gets to the U.S, I'm in the hospital. Our plans for a wedding are basically on hold right now and a friend of ours will do the "I DO'S" while I sit in the recliner! Besides, I think I'd look like a bad creampuff in any type of wedding dress at this point! laughing.gif

Good news is Amr is going to be more less babysitting 3 kids here which will help out with the money situation since I cannot work right now. Then once school starts he is thinking about doing a before/after school setup until his AOS is completed. I had met many families at the mosque here and they are all welcoming him to the U.S and said they will help us in any way they can. Once they knew that Amr is a teacher, they thought it would help us out if he was willing to do a bit of child care. Since he loves kids it wasn't a problem.

I will keep everyone posted about our new little family that is on the way. Hope everyone here is doing well!

Welcome home and welcome to the USA for Amr. I'm sorry to hear things have been a little crazy for you, but if you rest yourself I'm sure you will come through just fine. Nice to see you back here!

So glad to hear from you guys. I am glad they got your labor stopped. We need to keep the little ones in the oven a little longer. Are you on bedrest now? When I was in nursing school, I took care of a women in the hospital that was pregnant with quads. She had been in the hospital most of her pregnancy. Her belly was so unnaturally large. She could not even get out of bed. She had two boys and two girls. I think now they are in their teens.
I am glad Amr is doing well, and tell him good luck with the child care. Keep us posted.

Welcome home to America !

Glad you're doing ok.... I'm sure the emergency trip to the hospital was pretty scary. So.... no bowling or horseback riding or pogo sticking for the next couple of months heehee....

Well just enjoy taking it easy while you can, cause once those babies arrive, I don't think you'll be getting much rest for quite some time !
