Automated System and NVC Operators Dont give an Update that case is complete until Case sent to embassy. Can anyone confirm? They dont like to say that case is complete until it is sent to the embassy.

My case was updated to case complete on the automated system prior to being sent to the embassy. That seems to be the norm.

Same with me. I got an update of case complete on the automated system.

Me too, but three days later... the automated system did not change on June 29 until yesterday (July 3) but a human told me that my case was complete!

My case was complete yesterday. I know a few people who asked the NVC about the message when the case is complete. They say to wait 8 weeks, well if you ask the operators I guess they dont have any idea what that means or why its even there. So whats the point?
