Hello all,

I need your help with a peice of art I am working on. Central to the piece is the Japanese word Ganbura. I am told Ganbura means something akin to never giving up even when there is no chance of winning (no this has nothing to do with the World Cup ).

So, I need all our non USC VJers and/or their SOs to help me. Please post how you would convey this concept in your mother tongue...if it takes several words to convey...ok, no problem.

It does not have to be 100% exact - for example I like how Italians so FORZA. I plan to use that as well.

So...please help me. I need to complete the project in about 3 weeks.

THANKS in advance for all your help.

Luis&Laura
In brazilian portuguese we could use the words "Força" , "Persistência" , "Perseverança".
