I just saw the scan of the IMBRA RFE....question 2 and 3 dont apply to me....do i just leave them blank???

I know this is anal, but I actually drew a box and checked it and stated "NO" with my BLACK INK PEN!

That may be over the top mate. The form was designed to consider applicable IMBRA information only, i.e. left blank if the answers are no.

Don't think it will hurt you though.
