My husband recieved a paper called "choice of agent and address" form from the NVC today.

Should he fill this out hence he has a interview next month for the K3?

Confused don't know what to do with it any advice please..

I think you need to post this in the K-3 forum and I am sure someone there will be able to answer your question for you. From what I understand, this is a good thing, but I don't know the process so can't give you any details.

that's the first form I think he'd get with the CR1 process isn't it?, not anything for the K3.

If he's going to go ahead with the K3, and then AOs in the States, then he can just notify NVC of that now. Or just answer all the CR1 forms as they come in and he'll have to go back to Canada for the CR1 interview in a couple or 3 months.
