i am looking at proccessing time here on visa journey. my wife's visa expires july 7, we are preparing the AOS now and hope to send everything in this weekend. what do we do after her visa expires until her status is finally changed? also i think her medical exam is only good for 1 year so that will expire also before she can get her green card, will she have to have another exam?
