Are they sending our IMBRA RFE to everyone based on the date they filed or are they reading how you meet and trying to determine if u fall under the IMBRA law.


I met my Fiance at a religous convention and many others here met there Fianc(e) w/o going through a "Marriage Broker"...........do ppl who fall in this category get IMBRA RFE too?

We all do .. after March 6... everyone..

All petitions that where filed with a receipt/received date on and after March 6 have to be compliant with the IMBRA so if an old form was used then an RFE will be forthcoming in order for the petition to be compliant and to be processed.
