Good news for those of you in Vermont. I just drug this out of a post. It appears that someone who has a case that was recalled from a foreign consulate has gotten an email of an RFE! Hope this is good news for you all. Now if California would get off their ###!

That´s not an RFE e-mail, just one stating their case is back at the center. Lots of recalled petitions got that one already.

The message ap24 got is just like the one rlt got. It doesn't mean that they are sending an RFE right away, but it's a sign that they will do that soon. It's good news anyway.

Well.. they needed to update it sometime, so I took it as a good sign.
Maybe the first step to my RFE.

There´s nothing else there for them to look at. It was already approved before.
I hope they send the RFE tomorrow.

I don't think they will actually send an RFE *tomorrow*, but we should be happy that they've at least taken a look at your case. It's not lost in limbo anymore... I'd be jumping up and down if I got the same update you got (even though Vermont checked on our case over the phone when my fiance called).
