darstar, you may want to check other threads on the forum. IMBRA only affects those whose NOA's got issued after March 6.
That notice is legit and if you´re from before March 6th you won´t be affected.

Just to clarify. My NOA1 is Dec. '05, NOA2 was AFTER March 6th. Do they go by NOA1????
