Got this forwarded to me in an email group. Any muslim women living in the United States are welcome to participate.
Hello,
My name is Sonia Ghumman and I am a graduate student at Michigan
State University's Industrial/ Organizational psychology program. I
am writing to this organization because I believe you can help me
with my current research project dealing with discrimination against
Muslim American females in the work arena, a matter which might
concern you as well.
More specifically, I am asking on your behalf to participate and/or
to recruit potential participants for an online research study I am
conducting addressing the psychological and practical challenges that
Muslim women encounter as applicants for employment during job
selection procedures. Because I only wish to study the influences in
the lives of American Muslim women, I will be limiting my
participants to these three criteria: Muslim, female, and having been
living in America for at least 5 years.
The survey in itself shall be brief, taking approximately 30 minutes
to complete, small in comparison to its contribution to gaining a
deeper understanding of the issues concerning American Muslim women
today at work. In addition, responses on the survey will be
completely confidential. I will not be asking for any information
that can be used to identify the participant, such as their name. The
data will only be accessible by the primary investigators in the
study. The participant's privacy will be protected to the maximum
extent allowable by law.
To take this survey, please click on or copy and paste the link

Also, if you know of Muslim American females who might be interested
in filling out this survey, please forward the survey link to them as
well. If you have any question or concerns, feel free to contact me.
I would greatly appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Sonia Ghumman
