Well, not sure I will make it there but he has all the papers except the package I just sent him two weeks ago. Then I will send one more packet over night before his interivew in August if I can't make it. We are both feeling a bit restless even though the interview grows closer. So much time has passed and the waiting game makes u feel anxious every now and then and it seems the shorter it gets, the more anxious we are becomming.

Thanks everyone. I'm upset now. My I130 receipt approval is missing somewhere. I have a feeling they never sent it. They want me to send in an I824 for a copy of the approval notice and it costs 200. My God!
Anyway, I will write them a letter and send it certified, i am not going to pay them more money for something they never even sent me. Now, I never received a letter from them that they had my change of address on record. Great. NVC still doesn't ahve the file and in order for them to push it along, they need the receipt from me. No HAVE! My attorney didn't even get a copy. Oh Goodness. WEll he will interview for his K3 but I will still need that approval letter.
