Can I hear a story of I-212 which was granted permission to reapply already? I just want to know if it is possible that they grant you permission prior your ban is lifted?


I am really getting hopeless here. My fiance and I want to be together in October. I filed my I-212 and he filed the I-129F for me. I worry that I still have 2 years left before my ban is lifted, but I filed the I-212 because we need to be together with the K-1 visa. Anyone has opinion or advice on this? Please help. Thanks
