OK I feel like a cluebag!

I'm calling the 800 375 5283 number with the goal of trying to find out if my recalled petition has been xferred to VSC. I have my EAC+10 digits receipt number, but when I try to enter the 10 digits after the EAC it says I didn't enter 10 digits and after trying twice more I get the same result and I get cut off.

Any suggestions on what to do are welcome!

I had the same problem so pushed the button to say i didnt have the receipt and got through to a live person,(not a very helpful one) but I hope it works for you

you need to enter EAC as well....EAC means 322. So that means you enter the full receipt number 322 + digits
