Who from CSC has got their RFE and what is the date of your NOA1? Would like to know how far away our is. Our NOA1 is dated 15 March, and we have never had a touch, notice or anything.

I´m from VSC, NOA1 one April 19th, IMBRA RFE on June 19th.

No one from CA has received the online case status update indicating a RFE was sent. Lots of touching but nothing concrete yet from CA. BTW, they always work on Saturday.

We still have no snail mail RFE, just the e-mail saying they sent it on those dates.

probably a little off topic, but I noticed that we applied on the same date. Have you received your NOA1 yet? Or has your check been cashed?

As far as the RFEs from Vermont, I'll have to get to you in a couple of months.

No I haven't recived anything yet.......check my email, mailbox, and money order everyday.....but still NOTHING.

I think we should get something b4 the end of the week.

I´m from VSC. Send my petition on May 16 th. NOA1 on May 30th and IMBRA RFE on June 19th. I think I´m doing ok..Thanks God!!!

Gomez sent his application in May 23rd, and recieved NOA1 on June 6, you mailed your application by byt looks of your timeline on June 5, so I am sure you will get your RFE maybe next week with any luck.

Hmm, I think Big Boss is right. According to his timeline, his NOA1 was received on June 10. His package was received on June 6. I'm glad I'm not alone on this though!

I filed my 129F last part of April, got NOA1 on 5/3/06. Just got email that RFE is coming my way on 6/19/06

I too was touched on June 17th. My NOA1 is April 6th.

As soon as anyone gets their RFE snail mail let us all know what it says? would be very interested to know.

Glad that when it was estimated that RFE's were going to be sent in late june that it wasnt just some false hope. Seems like they may actually getting up to date and we can get all these processes back on track.

Lord knows we are all desperate for that to happen!

So far still no RFE...

They told Rlt, that in order to send the RFE they have to have the petition in the Service Center, so I think that those that have been sent to security checks with FBI won´t get their RFEs until the petition comes back.

Rlt, they told you the file must be there physically, right? USCIS has that notice on background checks saying when our file gets background checks it gets sent to FBI or some other office that handles that, so maybe cases that are under security checks won´t be able to get their RFEs?

Wow, Im surprised that some petitions have already been scrutinized enough by NVC enough to be sorted from other petitions which will not be sent to the FBI, but back to service centers.

So, those who wont be sent to the FBI I guess will be getting their RFE's anyday now. It would be nice to get at least an email letting us know whether or not our petition is going to the FBI or to the service center.

If the petition goes to the FBI it has nothing to do with IMBRA, right?

Well.. at least I was told that mine is at Vermont.

The FBI security check is normal procedure that goes on in ALL cases.

Wow, if yours is at Vermont, it came there from NVC completely skipping the FBI.


So now you just simply wait for Vermont to send the RFE requesting what more they need, then you can send in the new 129F and your case will be back on its way yes?






Oh ok nevermind, I just saw Luis&Lauras post with the fact sheet explaing that all petitions make it to FBI no matter what.

My has been through that already since it had been approved.

The only thing I miss is the RFE.

If the file needs to be there phisically, it´s because they need to get the envelope and touch it with hands.
So they are not going trhough any database to work on sending out the RFEs.

That explain why we have no pattern and why we won´t have any.

I wonder where mine is... No one with a NOA2 got an email about RFE yet.
I hope they get to this pile tomorrow.

This guy usually sounds like he knows what he is talking about. That comment there in italics about why they havent gotten to sending out RFE's to those of us with NOA2's sounds like it may have some merit.





So these are all IMBRA related, AND include only the people who are as far as NOA1... anyone with an NOA2 is not on that list.

Nope, mainly ´cus nobody with a NOA2 have gotten their RFE notices.

I wonder if those who have NOA2 are going to have a different process instead because it does seem odd that none have recieved RFE's.

I hope that it gets on track for everyone (don't get me wrong I am happy to be among those who have recieved RFE email), cheers to us all and hoping that it goes quicker for everyone.

Well it does kind of make sense because all the NOA1 dates on that list are from late April - late June, except for only one case in March.

So the NOA1 always comes to you from the service center. So, maybe the service centers are quickly cleaning out all new simple NOA1 petitions before opening the flood gates to the NVC who will pour back into the service center all of those old, now next level, (NOA2) petitions which the service center once already dealt with...



I mean like before it went.............VSC --> NVC --> Embassy Abroad....

Maybe that is obvious though, what I posted there. But, Ive never seen anything like this before where we have all just been thrown into a thick forest ,with blindfolds on, and we all have to try to help each other get through it by basically calling out a series of beeps and clicks to each other....

You are so right there that we all have to try to help each other because we have nothing else, none of it makes any sense for sure.

The woman from Vermont also told me today that I should try and understand that this situation is odd for them too.
It had never happened before and they are trying to send as much RFEs as they can.
Eventually they will get to ours (if the applications is phisically there).

There is no different treatment for those with NOA2 and those with NOA1 (according to the officer).

She said they have thousands of applications there and it shouldn´t take long to get all sent out.
I think it really depends on where our applications is there.

Also, I´d like to say that there are two other people with NOA1 from March (but no NOA2) that got the RFE email.
One was QDilly and the other one I don´t remember.
