no need to be sorry, Jess.... not everyone likes all kinds of music - and I *have* seen on here several ppl state that they do love country music... To each his/her own, and I think the beauty of the group we have here - not just in our ME/NA corner, but on VJ - is that coming from *mixed* relationships, we are accepting of those who are different from our selves

Well, I don't have to hear the song for the words to speak to me. I know how she feels. Very moving song. The lyrics are self explanitory, but when you fight, does it really help? I know when my fiancé and I fight, NOTHING gets through to him, but when it's all over and those things have been said (that we wish we could take back), he goes back to loving me. Our arguments are coming less nowadays. And even if we do argue, it's with love. He's starting to get over them quicker, and I'm learning not to start them so much. We love each other. We have been through some pretty tough arguments, and other things as well, but we always come out on top. IN LOVE

I hear ya Mandi (& Jean) - I didn't mean at all that I didn't like the lyrics, they are beautiful - I just don't much care for country music.... So I'd rather read the lyrics than listen to the song
here's to hoping there's always a beautiful making up after every argument, no matter how big or small!

okay so it isnt 'perfect' for a fight because no fight is perfect, but it makes me feel good AT THE MOMENT to listen to it. when we fight i am alone, because its like He wins because He has the upperhand by iqnoring me and going to work, and i feel free listening to music. would i ever do what her song suggests? no of course not, i love george, i just dont love to fight with George.

OH SURE! Make me sit here and blubber like an idiot... sheesh. A few weeks back Mohammed came to chat all excited and played his guitar sang this song to me because one of his christians friends had shared it with him and he said "It's us, baby."
