Today I called the $15.00 number:877-804-5401 and the lady that picked up my call had no idea of her job.

-I asked her about when would my wife get her interview date (already sent packet 3) she said " she has no access to that information"

-Why in packet 3 I only had 1 DS-230 form and not 2 (one for wife and 2 for stepchild) she said " hummmm , haaaaa, hummmm , because she THINKS that my Stepchild does not need to fiil one out" I told her that I sent 2 DS-230 just in case and her reply was "that's ok , it would not creat any problems"

-Would my Stepdaughter need a consent letter to live in the US from her father and take it to the interview , her answer was " if that was not part of the requirements on packet 3 , why bother but just in case take it to the interview"

- Do I need to take any pictures , phone bills , emails or any other material as proof of ralationship , again another vague anwer " take it just in case"

- she suggested to log onto www.uscis.gov to check if I have an interview date set up. What a MORON!!!!

Ok, guys since she did not have the anwser to my questions , anyone with a phone number to find out interview dates for K-3 visas ???? Please help me.

Hi Frank,

Congratulations on your wife’s interview. Yes they are morons working at the US Embassy and they will not help you by telephone, e-mail nor fax. Have you wife take as much evidences as possible, pictures, e-mails, letters, the more information she takes the better.

Good luck,

Peter Miami
