Quick question smile.gif

What is the difference if asked for just your index or a full set of fingerprints?

Hi Joyann.

THIS thread was very helpful back in the day.... u may have to wade through, but the fingerprint information is there c/o MO007.

i hope this helps. Its shame our search feature here does not access the old forum.

in a nut shell..

if fullset of prints are ordered - there was a NAME HIT.
this will add time to your AP/AR time.
if ink prints it takes a long time to process. because it has to be transposed to digital format.
if digital takes a few weeks for the FBI can clear them . wanna know more?

how many prints were taken?

Thanks for the link lal_brandow!! They took only his 2 index fingers. I just hope that he won't have to go back and get a full set done. I would have thought if they needed a full set, they would have done them then. It is just an expensive trip for him to go back to Turkey again. I hope the next time he has to go back, it will be to get his visa smile.gif
