Hi all,

I'm a USC and my fiance has dual citizenship in Hungary and Germany.

Quick question just to make sure I'm understanding what I've read so far:

From what I understand, to get him here our only option really is the K-1 - as DCF in Frankfurt would be for German citizens and USC living in Germany (resident)? Is this right?

Thanks a bunch!

DCF in Germany is only for USCs resident there, yes.

Your options other than K-1 are to marry now and petition him as a spouse. You then have the CR/K-3 path to follow.

btw, I looked up DCF for Hungary just to be sure---no joy.
