Hi guys i am sorry I have not written in a couple weeks i have been crazy busy. Anyways alot has happened Samir got his visa last week and he is comming on June 23rd to share my life with me! I am so excited and overwhelmed at the same time. His aunt is comming in from Maryland on the same day he arrives to see him so I have a busy weekend comming up. Oh I also got rid off my lawyer who has sat back and done nothing through out this visa journey.
Thanks guys I will try and read up on everyone tonight, I hope its all good stuff.

Allison, did you use your lawyer to file for you? Make sure you file the correct papers with USCIS to remove him from your petition. It was not easy for us to remove the snake from my husband's petition. Even after we sent in the form (forgot what it is called) to remove him, the NOAs and correspondence still went to the lawyer!

So don't burn your bridges totally til this is over. I considered legal action against our attorney because of his incompetence.
