Just wondering if there is a way to check and see if they have actually received the mail (1-130) petetion I sent on May 24th. I sent a money order and didn't have tracking on the package ( I know mistake of course) but I was simply wondering if there was some other way to check..

well, if you did not send it with delivery confirmation you can try and use the 8003 on the receipt of your money order to see if it as been cashed.
you can call the uscis 800-375-5283 choose prompts for a live operator and ask
