Hy guys
I wanted to know what company or service you used or use to mail the petitions from NVC back to them and how fast that was and how expensive and save?

Hey I used the United States Postal Service (Express Mail) Service. It was approximately $13.00 but it is very reliable-never had a problem. It saved us sooooo much time!!

I used either USPS or UPS, depending on what is cheaper. UPS a lot of times was. And it is better cause it is trackable unike USPS where it doesn't get entered into the system until delivery so you don't know where it is atm.
