Does anyone have a link to the interview questions that were on here a few days ago?

I am trying to get as much information together as I can when I get my NOA2. I want to take as many things with me to Morocco in a few days so I don't have to send too many things in the mail.

Also, do I need CERTIFIED copies of my taxes? Or can copies of them be good enough?

One last question, on the I-134, where is it that I sign on the form? Am I the sponsor? The wording makes it sound like the only places to sign are for a co-sponsor.

I also checked my status online today and it said:

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the majority of those questions apply to the AOS interview. However it is a good list to go over with your fiance because you just never know what the Consul will ask. When Mohammed had his K1 interview, the pulled out our "red flags" and questioned him on those. For us it was age difference, did I send him money, did his family agree, and why we didn't legally marry while I was in Egypt. He answered all of them honestly and now we are just awaiting our processing to be completed.

Concentrate on what you perceive to be your possible flag issues and above all else be sure they are answered honestly. I know that's really scary when you just want to "pass" the interview, but believe me the consuls are trained and they can smell a rat a mile away. Honesty, even if you think its not what they want to hear, honesty goes a long way.

Hi! I have been practicing with those questions for my fiance's interview in Casa. Also I signed as the sponsor on the I-134 and so did my co sponsor. It's the same form for the sponsor and co sponsor so I believe that although you are the sponsor your co sponsor will still sign in the sponsor part also. I sent in the original tax transcript that the IRS sent me in the mail. I made copies of course in case anything happened. Good luck I hope that helps!

Copies of your taxes (including your W2s) are fine. You might want to get tax transcripts when you get back and send those on as well, just in case. You'll want to send a more recent employment letter, paystubs etc closer to the interview anyway.

Bring copies of photos that you might want to show with you if he doesn't have them, and bring him a copy of the entire K-1 petition you sent in for him to have as reference in case they "lose" something.

Just along the lines of interview questions... where some people have been caught up in the past is questions of money (tell your fiance not to mention any money that is exchanged between you, I don't think any good can come of it); if he has family in the US he shouldn't bring it up (but of course shouldn't lie either if asked). Unfortunately most of the people whose petitions get sent back have no idea why.

On this trip make sure you get lots of pictures of you with his family, if you don't have that already, and if you stay at a hotel together keep receipts. Before you leave make a copy of your passport page showing that you visited the country.
